A leading independent construction company has kick-started its 35th anniversary year with new contract wins worth £20m.
Hampshire-based Brymor Construction recorded the bumper start to the year with a range of clients across multiple sectors. It sets the foundations for a landmark 2022 as the 150-strong family-owned firm celebrates its 35th years in business.
The new projects include:
- The Depot, Bracknell – phased redevelopment of commercial centre and waste collection depot
- Aspects House, Sutton – cladding project
- Marlborough College – first phase of science facilities redevelopment
- Lovelocks Barn, Southwick, Fareham – construction of new shooting lodge
- Shirley Medical Centre, Southampton – conversion of former supermarket into medical centre and pharmacy

Stephen Morton, who founded Brymor with his wife Jan in 1987, said: “It’s been an incredibly positive start to our 35th anniversary year.
“We’re looking forward to starting work on these exciting new projects as well as progressing others in the pipeline or underway whether in the design, pre-construction or development stages.
“Several of the new contracts represent repeat business with longstanding and valued clients.
“It’s testament to importance we place on building strong and collaborative relationships as well as excellence of delivery for all of our clients.”
Stephen added: “We’re grateful for all of the new instructions, roll on 2022!”
