Leading commercial property developer Kingsbridge Estates has become a Business South Champion, joining businesses from across the Central South region working collaboratively for the economic benefit of the region.
Kingsbridge Estates specialises in investing in and creating quality industrial, warehouse, office and mixed-use developments across the Central South.
Established in 2004, the company‘s portfolio includes a number of schemes recently completed or under development. These include the recently-completed Concorde Park at Segensworth; Spring Business Park in Havant, which comprises 12 new business units and is due to complete in October 2021; and the £1.2m refurbishment of the landmark office building at 2, Charlotte Place in Southampton city centre.
The Business South Champions Programme is a business network which has grown to become an influential industry-led community with a shared vision for economic progression in the region. Business South Champions work collaboratively on sector development through dedicated Action Groups, providing a collective business voice, and promoting the area nationally and internationally.
One of those Action Groups, Regenerate South, identifies, supports and promotes development schemes and potential investment sites across the Central South. Private and public sector Champions work together to generate innovative and challenging proposals for regeneration to help change the dynamics of development and form strategy and advice on how to deliver market ready sites.
