PR firm launches workshop programme to enhance reputation of Hampshire businesses
A Winchester communications firm has launched a new service to help businesses and charities maintain and enhance their reputation in a volatile and challenging environment.
360 Integrated PR has created a series of reputation management workshops to ensure Hampshire firms are seen as trustworthy by customers, employees and other stakeholders.
With 30% of the market value of FTSE350 firms depending on reputation, 360’s lead consultant, Philip Tutt-Leppard, believes that firms are taking a more intentional approach to the subject.
“Firms which take a strategic approach to reputation management are less likely to be caught out if something goes wrong. First and foremost, reputation is the result of how firms behave: culture is just as important as communications and our workshops cover both aspects.”
Workshops can be delivered in person or online. They include the cultural and societal context in which firms operate and help business leaders identify potential threats and opportunities to enhance their reputation. Firms also start to plan their response to reputational threats. If required, 360 Integrated PR provides ongoing consultancy so firms can develop a full reputation management strategy.
Philip says, “Reputation is such a vital consideration for responsible businesses, yet everyone starts from a different place in terms of their culture and performance expectations. That’s why we are keeping these workshops very flexible and priced to be appealing to start-ups, charities as well as more established operations.”
