4 April 2019 Ridge and Partners LLP strengthens Southern presence with the acquisition of Gysin Warr

Ridge and Partners LLP (Ridge) the multi-discipline property and construction consultancy, has acquired the business name, trade, and assets of Gysin Warr Ltd, a leading provider of Property and Construction Surveying services for a range of private and public sector clients

Based in Winchester, Gysin Warr boosts the presence that Ridge has in the South of England and further strengthens the depth of expertise and breadth of services that Ridge offers.  The deal also takes Ridge to more than 620 people.

Gysin Warr is a surveying consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Monitoring Surveying, and Employer’s Agent services.  The practice has clients in a range of sectors, with particular expertise in residential, commercial, sports & leisure, care, and education.
