Omnium Capital Limited was established in 2002 to offer both private client wealth management and employee benefits consultancy services.
We are an independent organisation and offer comprehensive advice on all types of employee benefits predominantly to clients in the SME sector based in the UK or abroad.

We provide the full range of employee benefits, including group risk, medical and tax efficient benefits such as cycle to work schemes. Our specialist employee benefits team is highly qualified and can call on over fifty years’ experience in the field.

Experience has shown us that, despite all the technology and marketing material available, there is no substitute for on-site and/or virtual employee engagement presentations, Q&A sessions financial clinics.

These enable every employee to talk about their finances, without having to leave their place of work. This helps them focus on the true value of their benefits and gives them the chance to ask questions of an experienced adviser that are specific to their own package and needs.

Our primary aim within employee benefits is to inform, educate and advise employers and employees on the real value of the benefits their organisation offers as benefits packages can be vital in the attraction and retention of top quality employees. We offer unbiased, unrestricted and independent financial advice.

We have twice been national finalists for the ‘Best Corporate Adviser’ category in the Money Marketing Financial Services Awards as well as ‘Employee Benefits Adviser of the Year’ at the Cover Excellence Awards.

We were also nominated for the ‘Best Corporate Adviser’ category in the Money Marketing Financial Services Awards 2016.
