Every year the HBF collates the results of the National New Homes Survey, one of the largest customer satisfaction surveys in the country, to calculate the ratings for all builders who are part of the scheme.
The number of stars a builder receives is based on the percentage of their customers who would recommend them, and Drew Smith achieved a fantastic score of 92.3% which reassures future buyers of their commitment to customer satisfaction and building homes of exceptional quality.
