For many years the Business South Regeneration Conferences have become ‘the’ places for site owners, property professionals and investors to connect and better understand each other’s opportunities and appetite for regeneration over the coming years.
Our next in this series is the 5th and ‘Live’ Regenerate North Hampshire and South West Surrey Exhibition and Conference to be held on the 10th March at Audley’s Wood Hotel, Basingstoke. This event builds upon the success of previous years, which annually attracts over 100 investors and developers.
Business South is working closely with both the public and private sector to attract more stakeholders into the area and the conference will feature high calibre speakers from the property industry and champion the scale of development opportunities in the region.
Regenerate North Hampshire and South West Surrey is a private sector initiative benefitting from industry expertise and knowledge to drive investment in the region. As an integral part of Business South’s regeneration activities the group is helping shape the success of Central South in the UK.
Keynote Speaker: Wayne Hemingway, Partner – HemingwayDesign
Wayne Hemingway MBE co-founded HemingwayDesign with his wife Gerardine in 1981. Their first success was in founding the iconic Red or Dead brand. Since then, it has grown to become an award-winning multi- disciplinary design studio with a portfolio of successful projects that traverses disciplines and sectors, and with clients including international brands and household names as well as numerous towns, cities and places across the UK.

They believe that great design comes from a desire to improve things that matter in life and this long-held philosophy underpins everything that they do – putting ethics and environment at the heart of design.
The company has also helped to redesign the Dreamland pleasure park in Margate, advised House of Lords select committees, publicly shamed the house building industry then demonstrated (by master planning and designing an award-winning housing scheme in Gateshead) that a better way is possible, co-designed a new uniform for Transport for London, rebranded FTSE 100 companies and thrown a 24 hour non-stop multi-arts festival for 30,000 revellers on a sandy beach in Suffolk. It has formed new creative communities in Blackburn and Bognor Regis, reimagined heritage buildings in Portsmouth, Preston and Plymouth, and influenced the urban fabric of Bournemouth, Dartford, King’s Lynn, Maidenhead, Manchester and Whitehaven, all with great acclaim.
