COVID-19 has significantly changed where and how people work.
To inform future strategy and packages of support, Southampton City Council wants to understand what flexible working policies organisations are utilising and what measures could help.
This will provide the local authority with valuable insights into the trends around flexible ways of working and inform future strategy and available support.
Within this survey we have used the term ‘flexible working’ to describe measures which offer staff flexibility in where they work, including from home, or when they work during the day.
