The Southampton Region Hoteliers Association are delighted to announce nominations for the 2022 Hospitality Awards are now open. The annual awards will celebrate those who have shone throughout 2021 despite its challenges.
Members of the Southampton Region Hoteliers Association are encouraged to nominate staff, colleagues and managers for the 2022 Hospitality Awards now nominations are open. Finalists will be announced in winter, culminating in an awards ceremony on 11th February 2022, where the winners will be revealed.
This year sees the return of several award categories and the addition of a special Lockdown Hero Award, celebrating those who rose and adapted above and beyond their call of duty during the challenges of the pandemic.
Nominations by the hospitality staff are now open and categories are as follows:
- Lockdown Hero Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Chef of the Year Award
- Community Award
- Top Team Award
- Rising Star Award
- Operational Excellence Award
- Sales & Revenue Award
- Best of the Rest! (this will be decided from all category nominations)
Nominations will be open until the 31st October, they will then be sent to category sponsors who will choose the finalists. Towards the end of this year, the finalists will be announced and will be invited to meet the category sponsors. The winners of the 2022 Hospitality Awards will be announced and celebrated at the Awards Night Ceremony.

The Headline Sponsor for the 2022 Hospitality Awards is Radio Taxis, and the non-profit awards will donate a portion of the ceremony ticket sales to the charity FareShare.
