Knights Brown has recently completed works for the design and construction of a new car dealership facility in Eastleigh, Hampshire, expanding Hendy Group’s operations in the town.
The contract comprised construction of vehicle showrooms for the brands Alpine, Dacia, Nissan and Renault, with a combined 16 bay workshop for servicing and MOT testing.
The development also accommodates a two-storey car park for over 100 vehicles, a car wash facility, parking for a further 100 display, service and customer vehicles plus service yards, drainage, landscaping and services.
A photovoltaic system was installed on the roof and surface water drainage will twice filter all water prior to discharge.
Knights Brown has previously completed similar projects for Westover Group’s Jaguar Land Rover franchise in Christchurch and Meaden’s Skoda dealership in Brockenhurst.
