Roya Croudace has over 25 years experience working in start-ups, scale ups and blue-chip corporations.
As Growth Hub Director for the EM3 Enterprise Roya supported hundreds of business in all sectors including retail to accelerate and thrive. Roya has taken that knowledge and is now the founder of ROVI PAY, powered by Zotto technology, a smart business platform and equipment for ecommerce and hybrid retail businesses.
Roya is passionate about technology being used to support business basics, making business and adaptation simple, empowering retailers and helping them accelerate business decisions through use of AI, open banking and payments, sourcing and stock management and joined up online and physical POS material. She has presented many webinars including a recent event on the digitalisation of the high street. Her sales and marketing background has ensured that she puts ROI and adapting to new markets and Covid requirements at the forefront.
