Apply for ARG – Restart Grant now
Today we have opened funding for the Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) – Restart Grant.
There are two strands of ARG grant available under this scheme:
- ARG Restart grant
- Additional funding to support business restart and recover
If you have not been eligible for the business rate payer Restart grant and have been required to close by law or were severely affected during the national lockdown period from 5 January 2021 to 31 March 2021, you can claim up to six times your monthly fixed costs in order to restart and recover your business. This means you will be awarded a grant between £2,400 and £18,000 based on eligible fixed costs incurred and the extent of reduction in income suffered.
Under the additional funding to support business restart and recover strand, you can also apply for a grant of between £1,000 and £5,000 for specific non-capital expenditure to support your business to restart, recover, and provide resilience and the opportunity for growth.
