Lester Aldridge is delighted to welcome four new trainee solicitors as they begin their training contracts at the leading South Coast law firm.
Nikhita Lakhani, Daniel Blair, Megan Martin and Alice Robertson, who have all previously worked at the firm, start the first of their four six-month seats which will see them work in various practice areas across the firm’s three offices.
Lester Aldridge’s core practice areas are real estate, litigation and recoveries, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial services and private client, which it delivers regionally, nationally and internationally from three offices in Bournemouth, Southampton and London. Our nationally recognised teams work across sectors such as ports and marinas, hotel and leisure, retirement living and care offering trainees unique exposure to a wide variety of areas of law.
One of the new trainee solicitors, Daniel Blair, joined LA in July 2019 as a Legal Assistant. Commenting on what encouraged him to apply for a training contract at the firm, he said: “The attraction of LA was their reputation and size of the firm… I enjoy working for LA and the idea of qualifying into the firm. A huge attraction to LA was also the growth I have witnessed personally and also those in the team around me, I have enjoyed my route so far and hope to continue to progress following qualification.”
Kate Stewart, Partner at Lester Aldridge, said: “I am delighted to congratulate our four new trainee solicitors on their new roles as they embark on their journey towards becoming a solicitor. At LA we see our trainees as our future partners and we look forward to supporting them as their careers progress with us.”
Lester Aldridge is currently accepting applications for training contracts starting in 2025; find out more here.
