Savills South Coast Development Team has welcomed new director Jonny Kiddle.
Jonny has returned to Savills having started his career with the team as a graduate in 2006, qualifying in 2008.
He spent five years with the South Coast Development Team before spending 12 years client side, most recently as a senior development manager at Osborne and prior to that, with Grainger plc for seven-and-a-half years.
Jonny, who is MRICS qualified, said: “I’m delighted to be back at Savills in Southampton, where it all began for me 17 years ago. I am looking forward to putting 12 years of client-side experience in build to rent, purpose built student accommodation, mixed use and regeneration at Linkcity UK, Grainger plc and Osborne to good use.”

The mainstream rental sectors are now establishing themselves in the regional cities and towns along the South Coast and landowners are keen to understand this market in order to invest successfully. This includes green field low rise single family investment, alongside the more familiar urban regeneration for purpose built student accommodation and build to rent models.”
