Lester Aldridge has acted for Daish’s Holiday on the acquisition of Robinsons Coach Tours, giving the group two more hotels, and adding a fleet of 13 coaches to their portfolio.
The LA team, led by real estate partner Lucy Stevens and corporate partner Edward Adamson, acted for long-standing client Daish’s Group on the purchase of the hotels and coaches from the Holdsworth Family.
The family-owned Daish’s Holidays now has 12 hotels, located in popular tourist destinations across the UK, from Kendal to Newquay. The company also has a fleet of 25 luxury coaches to transport its guests in comfort across the UK.
The newly purchased Imperial Hotel in Eastbourne and the Abbey Lawn Hotel in Torquay will open in February following refurbishment.
