Global transport and logistics company DSV has become part of Business South’s Champions network, joining forces to help develop the region’s significant transport and logistics sector.
Danish company DSV delivers transport and logistics services worldwide by road, air, sea and train. Since its foundation in 1976 by nine independent Danish hauliers, the company has achieved rapid expansion and international presence. The company is divided into three divisions: DSV Air & Sea, DSV Road and DSV Solutions.
With a significant presence in the South of England, DSV handles more than 1,300,000 TEUs of sea freight and 600,000 tons of air freight every year.
DSV moved into specialist industrial and logistics development Mountpark Southampton earlier this year, centralising its local operations on the site and aiming to grow there over the coming years.
