At the Business South Annual Conference in November Business South Group CEO Leigh-Sara Timberlake announced that Business South was proud to have made the commitment on the UK Business Climate Hub to reaching Net Zero by 2050.
Business South is now part of the world’s largest alliance of organisations committed to reaching Net Zero by 2050 and since COP26, over 450 more small businesses have signed up to the climate commitment on the UK Business Climate Hub and this takes the UK’s total to over 2500, around 80% of current global signups!
As we look forward to a New Year what better time for us to reflect on the magnificent achievements in 2021 and think about what opportunities might lie ahead in 2022.
