Savills has scooped three awards at two recent ceremonies including Employer of the Year, Young Property Person and Regeneration Project of the Year
Savills Southampton was crowned winner of the Employer of the Year category at the inaugural Central South Business Awards on Wednesday 28th September.
The following evening, at the South Coast Property Awards, Savills planner Alison Broderick was named Young Property Person of the Year.
Sarah Beuden and Jim Beavan of Savills Central South Planning were part of the team that picked up the award for Regeneration Project of the Year for Crest Nicholson’s Centenary Quay development in Southampton. Savills has worked alongside Crest Nicholson on the project over the last 12 years, in which time it has transformed this part of Southampton’s waterfront and will have long term regenerative benefits for the local area.

In addition to the awards, Savills was shortlisted in a number of categories. At the Central South Business Awards, Gavin Hall was shortlisted as Business Person of the Year while the firm was shortlisted for Large Business of the Year. At the South Coast Property Awards, Savills was shortlisted in Workplace Environment of the Year, Outstanding Contribution (Gavin Hall) and Commercial Development of the Year (Dunsbury Park, Havant).
