Peer Networks is a fully funded national initiative that’s being delivered through the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) network. ‘Evolve’ has been awarded contracts to run groups by both Dorset and Solent LEPs and they are now recruiting business leaders in readiness for Programmes to start very soon.
The Programmes’ longer-term aims are focused on reducing the UK productivity gap by helping business leaders find practical solutions to strategic and operational challenges.
Business South, through Enterprise South (formerly known as Enterprise First), are collaborating and partnering with Evolve to provide our own SME Community with the opportunity to come together in Dorset and Hampshire to be part of the Evolve/Business South Peer Network Programme.
The Programme will see the creation of a series of cohorts, with each group consisting of 8-11 business leaders, and owners from the business community participating.
Led by an experienced facilitator each Peer Network Programme will be spread over 6 sessions, once every 3 weeks, via zoom, followed by one-to-one coaching sessions.
As well as the benefit of being part of a group of like-minded individuals, topics covered will include, Strategies for Growth, Leadership and Influence, Building Resilience and so much more.
