Gunwharf Quays has unveiled new plans to transform its iconic Waterfront, setting out the next stage of its long‑term investment in Portsmouth. The plans come as Gunwharf Quays celebrates its 25th anniversary and reflect its continued commitment to the city and its visitor economy.
Landsec, owner of Gunwharf Quays, has submitted a planning application to redevelop the harbour-facing Waterfront area. The proposals represent the next stage of the wider £45m investment project, which will cement Gunwharf Quays’ position as the UK’s leading waterfront outlet destination.
The proposals focus on making better use of the Waterfront’s unique marina setting and improving how people move through and spend time in the area.
