Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Spencer as a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. With nearly 20 years of experience in contentious legal work, Tom brings significant expertise in managing complex commercial disputes for both claimants and defendants across various industries.
Tom specialises in commercial litigation, advising on breach of contract, company disputes, commodity claims, contentious probate, insolvency, and cross-border issues. His pragmatic, commercially focused approach ensures clients receive strategic advice tailored to their objectives, whether through court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution methods like adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.

Tom will be based in Lester Aldridge’s London office at Savoy Hill House, expanding the team’s presence alongside the existing Bournemouth-based Dispute Resolution team.

As an appointed Intervention Agent for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the firm also manages interventions when the SRA closes a law firm.
