Laura Bowyers, HR and employment law specialist at the Affable Partnership in Southampton will be running the next workshop, ‘All About the People’. Laura commented: “We realise the importance of our high street and its sustainability with workers and wanted to support our local community. Now more than ever, we understand the how overwhelming is can be to stay legally compliant as an employer and also the importance of creating a positive culture to encourage, support and retain your most important asset, your people. This workshop will help businesses do exactly that.”
