Solent Business School, Solent University has announced that their next 14-week course on the government subsidised Help to Grow Management Programme starts on the 28th of February 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses across Southampton and the Solent to support personal development and business performance early in 2023.
Help to Grow Management is a 50 hour online/live leadership development programme supporting ambitious businesses grow. The programme includes lectures, case studies, peer networking and a personal mentor. Course content features options for growth, resilience, being a responsible business, net zero, productivity, diversity, and inclusivity.
Ahead of the start date, on the 21st of February 2023, there will be an ‘in person’ on boarding session to meet fellow students and staff at the inspiring Spark Building at Solent Business School, Solent University, Southampton.

Eligibility:
>Businesses with 5-249 employees who have been trading for more than 12 months.
>Businesses must be UK owned and located.
Subsidy:
>90% government funded, and businesses pay £750 per place.
>Businesses with 10+ employees are eligible for 2 subsidised places but not on the same cohort.
Who is Programme suitable for?
>MDs, CEOs, and members of the senior management team or on the leadership succession plan.
>Businesses must have ambitions for growth.
>Participants will be a line manager of at least one staff member.
