Savills planning teams in the Central South region have been shortlisted for a number of awards, including Gavin Hall, head of office at Savills Southampton, for Business Person of the Year and Alison Broderick for Young Property Person of the Year.
In the inaugural Central South Business Awards, which takes place later this month, Savills is shortlisted in all of the categories the firm entered, which are:
Business Person of the Year – Gavin Hall
Employer of the Year
Large Business of the Year
And in the South Coast Property Awards, Savills was again shortlisted for all categories entered:
Young Property Person of the Year – Alison Broderick
Workplace Environment of the Year – Savills new Southampton office at Mountbatten House
Regeneration Project of the Year – Centenary Quay, Southampton, for Crest Nicholson
In addition, Dunsbury Park, Havant, which was worked on by the Savills Southampton planning team, has been shortlisted for the Commercial Development of the Year.
The judges also shortlisted Gavin Hall in the category of Outstanding Contribution.

The Central South Business Awards take place on Wednesday, September 28th, at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton, while the South Coast Property Awards take place the next day at the same venue.
