It’s been a privilege to pull together an outstanding line-up of speakers and panellists for this live event for property professionals and investors in Basingstoke on the 10th March.

Sessions will be lively, interactive and a combination of information sharing, promotion, audience participation, table discussions and opportunities to connect and engage.
In previous years the conference has been held in Farnborough and Guildford respectively, although inevitably in 2020 we had to go virtual, although still with a great line up of speakers including the deputy CEO of Surrey County Council, Michael Coughlin.
For our Fifth Annual Conference we visit North Hampshire and have Cllr Simon Bound from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council declaring the event open. Our line up then includes Ed Hampson from Savills and Zach Wilcox from Arup who will provide important market updates and insights.
Kate Dean from Basingstoke and Deane and Tim Mills from Rushmoor also take the stage and showcase development plans for their respective council areas. Robin Shepherd from Barton Willmore will be updating delegates on the exciting promotion of Central South at MIPIM 2022 and I’m delighted that Robin will then be supporting my role as conference host by chairing two panels.
Our first panel looks at the Future of the Workplace with experts including Kathy Slack the CEO at Enterprise M3 LEP and Greg Stone from Highways England.
This is followed by a panel of experts exploring Sustainable Construction with contributions from Professor Richard Murphy and Laurence Cummins from the University of Surrey, Jamie Mackay from Enterprise M3 LEP and Ben Silsby from Willmott Dixon.
I would like to thank everyone who’s stepped forward so willingly to get involved at one of the first live conferences since the lifting of restrictions. Our priority is the comfort and safety of our guests and all government guidelines in relation to the pandemic will be followed to ensure a safe meeting environment for everyone.
