MIPIM is the world’s leading international real estate show for attracting investment into projects, cities and countries. Each year a business-led consortium pulled together by Business South promotes the Central South UK region.

The event takes place in Cannes and it attracts 20,000+ delegates from 90 countries and investors who manage 4 trillion euros of assets attending.

Our Goal

Our aim is to promote the Central South UK on a global stage to potential investors who comprise a quarter of attendees and include 76 of the top 100 investment managers, advising on €4 trillion of assets.

We are showcasing the desirability of the Central South UK as a unique destination to live, work, study and prosper.
