A team of six people from Savills walked from Winchester to Salisbury at the weekend, raising hundreds of pounds for charity.
Giles Muddle, Jon Lacey, Haley Prescott and Emily Medland, from the residential sales team, Michelle Keast from lettings, and James Mott from residential development sales, walked the Clarendon Way in 8 hours 43 minutes to raise almost £800 for Trinity Winchester.
The Winchester-based charity addresses the effects of homelessness and vulnerability through specialist practical and emotional support, and proactive prevention, empowering positive change.
In addition to fundraising, volunteers from Savills Winchester office have been helping out at the charity’s drop-in centre at Bradbury House.
Michelle Keast, head of lettings at Savills Winchester, says: “Having seen first-hand the amazing work Trinity Winchester does, we are pleased to be able to raise funds for such an important local cause. The walk was challenging and on a warm day but knowing we were raising vital funds to help people kept us going.”
