We’re pleased to confirm our appointment on a further project with the University of Sussex.
Forming part of a wider DSEAR and ATEX compliance programme, the project will involve the refurbishment and upgrade of two existing chemical stores. Our twelve‑week appointment includes a comprehensive package of contractor‑designed elements, incorporating mechanical extract systems, ATEX‑compliant power, lighting, CCTV and data infrastructure, alarm installations, pollution gas monitoring, and BMS integration.
The scope also includes the installation of new secure metal doors with SALTO access control, structural enhancements to facilitate new roof‑mounted plant and associated external works.
