Start Networking
Following the successful relaunch of our Start Networking series of events in 2023, we’re pleased to invite networking novices to our next event, in partnership with Blake Morgan.
If you’ve been to one of our Start Networking events, you might be questioning whether this next one is for you… And the answer is overwhelmingly YES.
At each gathering you will meet new contacts and cement business relationships with others you’ve met before. Each event is hosted by a lovely expert who can’t wait to share top tips on how to network and how to get the most from a networking event.
This is a great opportunity to encourage employee engagement within your team for those new to networking. And as if all that wasn’t enough, we are hosting this in a Chocolate Factory!
Based in Old Alresford in the heart of Hampshire, Chocolate Craft has enjoyed considerable success over the last 20 years developing a range of handmade chocolates, chocolate making workshops and chocolate-based team building events.
Chocolate Craft is now a leading producer of hand decorated chocolate products to many happy and loyal customers. Using only the finest ingredients including Belgian Chocolate, fresh Hampshire cream and the expertise of our Chocolatiers, Chocolate Craft can pride themselves with Fortnum & Mason being just one of their most prestigious customers.
Event Speakers
Alice Smee
Alice has a 45 year career which has focused almost solely on sales, in one form or another. Starting from cold calling, through the launch of targeted direct marketing and on to the birth of networking and beyond.
Throughout that fantastic journey she learnt that nothing matters more in business, as in life, than building trusting and respectful relationships with everyone you wish to do business with.
Pippa Sherry
As a former NHS Nursing Sister, Pippa’s love of chocolate and entrepreneurial spirit led her to take over the business in 2019 to expand and evolve the business.
Pippa multi-tasks in most aspects of the business and enjoys nothing more than working with the team and making or packing thousands of chocolates in one day! In one of the busiest months, more than 60,000 truffles were produced with each process being made by hand.
