Today we welcomed new Champions to the Business South Network at a special onboarding event, designed to highlight the opportunities and benefits of Champion membership.
The breakfast provided an inspiring opportunity for new Champions to connect, collaborate, and learn more about how to get the most out of their membership, while also exploring ways to strengthen the Business South Network and champion businesses across the Central South.
We were delighted to welcome four new Champions to the network:

- Sam McIntyre, AFC Bournemouth
- James Rose, Utilita Energy
The session also highlighted opportunities for Champions to engage more widely through Action Groups, Prosper Magazine, and Start Networking Events, all of which help amplify the voice of businesses across the region.
Our Non-Executive Directors Lisa Lavis and Paula Bradly, who have been part of Business South for many years, shared their insights and recommendations on how to make the most of the Champion experience. Their continued support and guidance are greatly valued by the Business South Team.
The breakfast concluded with a strong sense of momentum, as new and existing Champions committed to working together to strengthen collaboration and ensure the Central South remains a dynamic and attractive place to live, work, and invest.
