Responsible Generative AI for Business Workshop: Maritime Sector
This intensive, 4-hour hands-on workshop shows maritime professionals how to responsibly use the latest Generative AI (GenAI) tools, such as ChatGPT and Copilot for immediate workplace impact, boosting efficiency and productivity.
Using practical maritime-focused examples and activities, you’ll explore how GenAI can support tasks such as drafting and summarising documents, analysing information, improving internal and external communications, supporting operational planning and reducing time spent on repetitive work. You’ll assess your organisation’s AI readiness, learn expert techniques for writing effective prompts and understand how to use GenAI safely when working with commercially sensitive, operational or confidential information.
The workshop also explores the risks, limitations and governance considerations that organisations need to understand before adopting AI more widely. You’ll leave with practical prompt templates, an ethical checklist and a 48-hour action plan to help you start applying Generative AI responsibly and effectively within your role or organisation.
This workshop is brought to you by AiLab (Artificial Intelligence Laboratory), a leading AI education company and UK Registered Learning Provider helping organisations learn about AI since 2017.
