This intensive, 4-hour hands-on workshop shows professionals how to responsibly use the latest Generative AI (GenAI) tools, such as ChatGPT and Copilot for immediate workplace impact, boosting efficiency and productivity.

Using practical regeneration-focused examples and activities, you’ll explore how GenAI can support tasks such as researching and summarising information, preparing reports and proposals, developing stakeholder communications, generating ideas, analysing complex information and reducing time spent on repetitive administrative work. You’ll assess your organisation’s AI readiness, learn expert techniques for writing effective prompts and understand how to use GenAI safely when working across organisations, communities and projects where accuracy, transparency, privacy and responsible decision-making matter. Workshop Requirements: An internet connected device (e.g., laptop) and access to one of the common text-based Generative AI models, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc. A paid version is preferred, but this workshop can be undertaken using the free versions offered by the major providers.
