Lester Aldridge is delighted to announce that Denitsa Urumova-Hurrell, Skeet Northfield and Chiara Parrella have achieved qualification and are continuing their careers with the firm.
The milestone reflects Lester Aldridge’s commitment to supporting aspiring lawyers through a variety of qualification routes, from traditional training contracts to alternative pathways that combine study with practical legal experience.
Denitsa Urumova-Hurrell has qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive through the CILEX route and continues her role in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team. She advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant issues, agricultural and estate matters. Achieving qualification while balancing a busy fee-earning role with years of study and professional development is a significant accomplishment and reflects her dedication, resilience and commitment to continuous learning.
Skeet Northfield has qualified as a Solicitor and joins the firm’s Property Litigation team following the successful completion of his training contract. During his training, he gained experience across Litigation & Recoveries, Residential Property, Dispute Resolution and Health & Social Care. He now advises individuals, landlords, tenants, property developers and commercial organisations on a wide range of property disputes.
Chiara Parrella has also qualified as a Solicitor after completing her training contract and joins the firm’s LA Marine team. She advises clients on shipping, logistics and aviation disputes, helping businesses and individuals resolve contentious legal issues through court proceedings, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. During her training contract, she gained experience across several practice areas and developed significant litigation experience.
