Lester Aldridge has expanded its Residential Property team with the appointment of Senior Associate Tom Axon and Associate Kirstin Du Tertre in its London office.
The appointments support the continued growth of the firm’s Residential Property practice across London and the South Coast, following the recent promotion of Shelley Cole and Tarron Giles to Partner.
Tom advises individuals, investors, developers and lenders on a broad range of residential property matters, including high-value transactions, property finance and investment portfolios.
Kirstin joins the Residential Property and Conveyancing team with more than 10 years’ experience advising individuals, property investors and companies on residential property transactions. Dual qualified in South Africa and England & Wales, she advises on a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and secured lending.
