Savills has announced the appointment of Thomas Brunt, Director in the firm’s Food & Farming team, as the new head of its Winchester office.
He succeeds Giles Wordsworth, who is retiring from the role after serving as head of office for the past five years.
Commenting on his appointment, Thomas shares: “I am immensely proud of the work of our Winchester office and delighted to be taking on the role of head of office. Giles has made a significant contribution to the growth and success of the business, and I am looking forward to building on that strong foundation.
“As the Winchester and wider Hampshire property market continues to evolve, it brings new opportunities for our clients, and I’m excited to work with the team to deliver the highest levels of service across our residential and rural disciplines.”
Jonathan Henson head of Savills Rural comments, “I am delighted Thomas has agreed to take on this important role while being hugely grateful to Giles for his considerable contribution to the business over the past five years.”
The Savills Winchester office comprises a 35-strong team providing a range of residential and rural property services, including residential sales, lettings, farm and estate sales, rural estate management, architectural and building consultancy services, and residential development sales.
