Savills is set to open its doors to a new residential office in Lymington.
The firm is moving into a prominent location at 3-4 High Street.
The Lymington and New Forest office represents a key addition to Savills local residential sales and lettings network, bridging the gap between its existing offices in Winchester, Canford Cliffs, Salisbury and Wimborne.
A highly experienced team of local experts will build on the existing Savills presence in the area, covering a wide range of property within the town of Lymington, along the surrounding coastline and within the New Forest, in areas including Lyndhurst, Milford on Sea, Burley, Barton on Sea, Cadnam, Bramshaw, Beaulieu, Highcliffe, Christchurch, Bransgore, Brockenhurst, New Milton, Romsey and Ringwood.
The team will work closely with colleagues from the wider regional network, covering all aspects of the property market including residential sales and lettings, planning, development, new homes and rural, as well as the firm’s market-leading country house department, based in London.
