Lester Aldridge is delighted to welcome ten trainee solicitors who have recently started their training contracts with the firm.
Serena Acanthe, Natalie Annels, Eimear Arnott, Emma Dawson, India Harris, Mollie Hayward, Lucy Mayne, Thomas Rea, Byron Scott and Amy Sommers have all successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and are now embarking on the next stage of their legal careers with Lester Aldridge.
During their training contracts, the trainees will gain hands-on experience across a range of practice areas, completing seats within different teams across the firm. Working alongside experienced lawyers, they will develop their legal knowledge and practical skills while supporting a diverse client base that includes individuals, businesses and organisations.
Eight of the ten trainees progressed from paralegal roles at Lester Aldridge into training contracts, highlighting the firm’s commitment to developing and retaining talent from within.
