Leading law firm Trethowans has announced the promotion of Bonnie Ward, Dan Clark and Katie Bickerstaff to Partner, marking another significant milestone in the firm’s continued growth.
Bonnie has 15 years’ experience advising across a wide range of Private Client matters, specialising in complex succession and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, farming families and landed estate owners.
Bonnie comments on her promotion “In my three years at Trethowans I have been inspired by the firm’s strong values and excellent reputation and it is a firm I am proud to be a part of. Following a year of significant and positive change for the firm, I am very pleased to be promoted to Partner and look forward to continuing my work within the Private Client team and the wider firm.” Dan has been a commercial property lawyer for close to 10 years and advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, property acquisitions, disposals and estate management matters. He acts for a variety of clients including investors, corporate occupiers and SMEs.
Dan said “This is a milestone I’m incredibly proud of and I’m grateful for the trust and support of my colleagues, mentors and clients who’ve played such an important role along the way. I’m looking forward to continuing to build strong relationships and contributing to the firm’s next stage of growth.” Katie has been a qualified solicitor for over 20 years, specialising in residential property work for the last 10. Katie advises clients on both leasehold and freehold residential sales and purchases, residential re-mortgages, informal lease extensions, equity release mortgages, variations of residential leases, voluntary first registrations and unregistered land.
