New Forest District Council (NFDC) is hosting an open day for their new Shared Ownership properties at Connaught Place in Brockenhurst on Saturday 24 January 2026 between 11am to 1pm.
The new build shared ownership maisonettes feature a fully fitted kitchen with built-in appliances, carpets and vinyl flooring throughout, and dedicated parking spaces with access to electric vehicle charging points.
Cllr Steve Davies, Portfolio Holder for Housing and Homelessness, said:
“Our open day will be a great opportunity for people to come and see the quality of these homes for themselves. Shared ownership offers an affordable way to get on to the property ladder through buying a share and paying rent on the rest. Come along and find out more about how shared ownership works.”
These new homes are available on a first come, first served basis with priority given to those with a local connection, and are part of our ongoing commitment to meet local housing needs.
