Luke’s arrival brings the specialist team to six lawyers, further deepening its expertise as it continues to advise clients on a wide range of complex commercial and residential property disputes. He advises on landlord and tenant matters, construction disputes, and professional negligence claims, as well as strategic dispute resolution, supporting clients with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.
The Property Litigation team is recognised for delivering high-quality advice across the full spectrum of real estate disputes. Its work includes commercial lease renewals, dilapidations claims, possession proceedings, boundary disputes and development-related matters. The team also has established expertise in construction litigation and related advisory work. Led by Partner Rachel Gimson, the team continues to grow in response to client demand, supporting a diverse client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers, charities and private individuals. Alongside its core contentious practice, the team emphasises early strategic advice and dispute avoidance.
